How long does it take from purchase to receiving my item?

Processing time varies because of how many orders we may receive in a given time period, but we are not in the habit of being late! It's important that you refer to the shipping time noted in each separate listing, as this is the actual lead time.

Can you paint my item?

We don’t paint any of our items, however your item will come sanded and ready for paint. We simply don't have time, mostly due to the packaging and protection process necessary to ship painted items.

What tools are required for assembly? Is it difficult?

The tools required for assembly are found in the description of each item for sale in the shop. Most beds require a phillips (+) bit and #2 square bit and cordless power drill. You can get these square bits at any hardware store, even WalMart. We use these square bits because they don’t tend to strip out like the standard screws (+). Assembly with the required tools is fairly simple with the instructions provided and 2 people.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns because of the time, effort, and cost associated with making and shipping these large items. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us via our contact page and we will provide a solution very quickly.

I ordered the wrong size, what do I do now?

It is important that you are sure of the size you are ordering. In the case you order and receive the wrong size, there is a 30% restock fee, and the shipping is not provided for the exchange or refunded from the original purchase.

Missing pieces/instructions/screws:

We try our hardest to ensure everything you need is included in the box. However, we are not perfect! If you are missing anything, please reach out to us via our contact page and we will provide immediate resolution.

Custom and personalized orders

Most custom requests we receive are height adjustments, which can be done 90% of the time. Some requests can be done only if the item is being picked up because of the shipping aspect, but that is rare. Message us with any customization requests, we are always happy to consider them!
